Progress – June 8, 2009
In an effort to be more accountable for my choices, I’ve decided to blog the weight loss, get in shape progress. Mostly because if there’s even one comment cheering me on, or telling me I made a poor choice in eating the ENTIRE bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs, then I might actually feel guilty for having done so (and I did not yet eat the entire bag of Mini Eggs, tyvm!).
And so, tonight, at 11:30 pm, I decided I’d head to the gym. I nearly talked myself out of it, and distracted myself for a good hour+ before deciding that I would just go.
Today’s Weight (in the morning): 180 pounds
Cardio: 25 minutes on the eliptical machine; starting at resistance 5 and coming down to 2 at the end.
Toning: Abs
Will check blood pressure in the morning at work.
Goal: To be able to do 30 minutes without slowing on the eliptical. Work up to more weight training. Eat better.
