As far as the sleep schedule goes, I&#039;m sure you know that you really need to stick REALLY close to the times set for sleep/napping, especially when you&#039;re first starting out, because even one overslept nap can undo two weeks of work, and you&#039;ll end up just always being sleep deprived, which might be AMUSING (for people not you) but not particularly helpful.</description>

i have been shampoo free about 6 months. i have been using baking soda and apple cider vinegar.... moisturize with absynnian oil. overall, my hair looks great. soft. no tangles. i do have tiny white flakes occassionally...... i haven&#039;t been able to figure out why...... i am going to use less baking soda and try your citric acid suggestion.

just fyi....... my hair is past my shoulder, dark, wavy/curly, fine hair. no one knows i&#039;ve given up shampoo except for my husband. :)
